Revamp the 1k+ itinerary pages that guests use to research and shop cruises.
My role in this project started by defining the strategy, the deep why, and pitching the approach to our CMO, VP of brand and other stakeholders. It soon changed to define the implementation framework in high level as well as oversee the overall implementation as the UX/D product owner, which I reported on progress to higher management. I liaised with visual and interaction designers for weekly handoffs to the development team. I lead usability testing and worked closely with POs to incorporate key findings from sessions. Last but not least, I managed the relationship with our internal brand team and now with an external vendor to create 160k worth of editorial content.
